It was a privilege to be a panellist for the launch of D-Econ (Decolonizing Economics)’s padlet of resources on August 8, 2025 alongside Chirashree Das Gupta, Afreen Faridi, and Amaarah Garda. My talk focused on the impossibility of decolonizing the university until the world is decolonized, and what we in universities can and must do nonetheless to resist the operations of genocidal Zionist settler colonialism and play our small part in the liberation of Palestine.
